Ephor, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, which specializes in providing world-class training and training support services to military and law enforcement clients.

Ephor was founded by retired U.S Army Special Forces Green Berets and successful businessmen (upon their return from overseas as Defense Consultants).  Each principal has extensive experience in Special Programs and Advanced Skills operations with firsthand knowledge of the CENTCOM Area of Operations on active duty and as employees after retirement.  Each founder has over twenty years of active duty experience, including assignments as Green Berets and Delta Force (ODD) members.  Each has served numerous years in Combat Zones in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).  Ephor’s senior leadership has extraordinary insight and understanding of the needs of the Special Operations community for quality training in Combat Operations, Counter-IED, Counter Insurgency, Unconventional Warfare, Low Intensity Conflict and Law Enforcement Integration across the continuum of operational environments.
