Major General Thomas F. Deppe

Major General Thomas F. Deppe is Vice Commander, Air Force Space Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. He assists the Commander in the development, acquisition and operation of the Air Forces space and missile systems. The command oversees a global network of satellite command and control, communications, missile warning and launch facilities, and ensures the combat readiness of America’s intercontinental ballistic missile force. The command comprises more than 39,700 space professionals who provide combat forces and capabilities to North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Strategic Command. General Deppe also directs and coordinates the activities of the headquarters staff.
General Deppe was commissioned in 1977 through Officer Training School. He has commanded a ground-launched cruise missile flight in NATO and a Minuteman II maintenance squadron in Air Combat Command. He also commanded a Minuteman III missile wing, an ICBM logistics group and was vice commander of a space launch wing in Air Force Space Command. The general has also served as Deputy Director for Operations at the National Military Command Center. He was Director, Logistics and Communications, Chief Information Officer and Chief Sustainment Officer, Headquarters Air Force Space Command. He is a master missileer in both operations and maintenance. Prior to assuming his current position, General Deppe was Commander, 20th Air Force, Air Force Space Command, and Commander, Task Force 214, U.S. Strategic Command.
Brigadier General (Ret) Les Fuller

Brigadier General (Ret) Fuller is a thirty-year US Army veteran with an impressive record of achievement in armor, infantry, and Special Operations assignments. His early years focused on armor and infantry assignments and included tours with the 4th Infantry Division, 1st Armored Division, and 193rd Infantry Brigade. He subsequently transitioned to Special Operations, serving in key command and staff positions with the 5th, 7th, and 10th Special Forces Groups and a tour as the Commander of the Stabilization Force’s Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force headquartered in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina from February to August 1997. His General Officer assignments included Commanding General, Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR); Deputy Commanding General, US Army Recruiting Command; Interim Commanding General, Fort Jackson, SC; and Chief of Staff for NATO Forces (ISAF-V) in Afghanistan.
Brigadier General (Ret) Les Fuller, M.S.C., retired from active duty on 1 February 2005. He currently serves special operations and other US Department of Defense warfighters through his efforts as the Vice President and Deputy Division Manager for Operations, Training and Testing Division, Camber Corporation.
Colonel (Ret) Doctor Glen Scott
Dr. Glen Scott is President of G Scott & Associates, LLC, a management and corporate development consulting firm in Colorado Springs, CO. Glen is a retired Army Officer, whose last asignment was as Division and Installation Chief of Staff at Fort Carson, CO. Following his retirement from the Army in 2002, Glen worked with several defense contracting firms in Colorado Springs and taught Business Strategy (US and international) at local universities. In addition to consulting, Glen serves on the Boards of the Friends of Cheyenne Mountain State Park, the Mountain Post Historical Association, and the Pikes Peak Combined Federal Campaign. He holds a doctorate in management and is a graduate of the Army War College and the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS).
Edwin L. Franks
Mr. Franks has over 36 years of corporate and military experience with U.S. Army Special Operations as a Special Forces Officer (Green Beret) combat veteran with a strong emphasis on intelligence activities including strategic reconnaissance, target development and technical surveillance, as well as advanced technologies development, integration, and operational training. He brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership and expertise in joint and combined operations on the conventional side as well as first hand experience leading covert operations in denied areas and overtly hostile countries working in Special Operations Forces (SOF) units.
He participated in numerous real-world contingency deployments ranging from Special Forces A-Teams (ODA) and Operational Detachment-Delta (Delta Force) – Chief of Intelligence Operations to senior leadership levels at NORAD as the Deputy Commander of Operations where he conducted and directed highly sensitive and autonomous overseas operations and intelligence missions of direct interest to the President, Director of Central Intelligence Agency and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.
He is currently a senior level Consultant and Liaison Officer supporting the Special Operations Forces – National Reconnaissance Office integration for TASC, Inc. Previously as a Program/Section Manager for Northrop Grumman Corporation, Mr. Franks developed and led a team that expanded a small ($50K) R&D project (Blue Force Tracking) to a fully funded $27mil development contract and DOD Program of Record.
Mr. Franks has a MS in Education from the University of Southern California and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. He was also the Distinguished Graduate of the US Air Force’s Air Command and Staff College in.
Dan Bartolucci
Mr. Bartolucci is a US Army Special Forces and Ranger Combat Veteran with many years of operational experience conducting classified combat and other-than-war Special Operations missions throughout the world. He is an expert in Intelligence Operations, Open Source Information Research & Analysis, Critical Infrastructure Threat and Vulnerability Assessments, with emphasis in the areas of prediction, collection, analysis, prioritization and management of the entire intelligence gathering and reporting process for our National Security Strategy as directed by the President. He has in-depth knowledge of Counter-Terrorism Tactics, Techniques and Procedures and conducting Surveillance Operations in a high-threat, non-permissive environments. He is experienced in planning and conducting operations, and developing operational training programs including managerial oversight with extensive contacts throughout the Department of Defense, the Department of State and the US Intelligence Community.
Mr. Bartolucci also worked as an all source analyst in the State of Colorado intelligence fusion center (the Colorado Information Analysis Center) and was the lead state intelligence fusion center analyst during the 200 Democratic National Convention in Denver.
In addition to an extensive array of FEMA and DHS Command and Incident Response Certifications, he has a BA in History from Washington and Lee University and an MA in Homeland Security from Denver University.
